DENKE CPA, P.C. is a third generation firm with a long-standing reputation for quality and integrity. Danny R. Denke still represents individuals and businesses that his grandfather represented over fifty years ago. Danny has been a practicing public accountant since 1978 when he graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in accounting and began working with his father at Denke and Kilpatrick, Accountants. Later they founded Denke & Denke, CPA. In 1998 Danny left to start DENKE CPA, P.C. bringing years of experience and a broad range of services to an array of industries. He has represented clients in examinations conducted by the Internal Revenue Service, Texas Workforce Commission, Texas State Comptroller and various state taxing authorities outside the state of Texas. Danny has provided litigation support and appeared in court to serve as an expert witness and has represented clients in negotiating banking and financial relationships as well as representing clients in contract negotiations with publicly traded companies, such as General Electric, Phillips, Sylvania, Aramark Refreshments, St. Jude Medical, the Houston Astros and Baltimore Orioles.
